As a department, our first goal is to train engineers who can take an active role in the design-development of materials and in determining the application conditions to technology, both practically and theoretically. It is planned to admit students to our department. In the first year of education, a qualified engineer should take basic science courses such as mathematics, physics and chemistry, as well as introductory materials engineering courses, in the second year basic engineering courses such as materials science and characterization, thermodynamics and processes, as well as introductory courses in nanotechnology and its applications, in the third year students will study semiconductor. It is planned to open the theoretical courses including the production and characterization methods of metallic, ceramic and polymer materials, as well as the laboratory applications of these courses. Our strategic plans include receiving support from relevant institutions-organizations on the basis of departments or writing joint projects to find financial resources, and increasing the number of trained staff by working in scholarship-research positions.
